Monday Moments Of Me

Isn't it interesting that every day, every hour for that matter can bring such different experiences, thoughts and emotions?
So that said...This week I am going to wake up with a positive attitude and try to only say positive things and see where that takes me. Won't you join me? I am not saying I am a negative person, I just want to see how much better this can make my outlook on life as well as help others. Let's make someone's day, give them a spare dollar, say hi, open the door for them, whatever it takes.
I was able to attend WPPI this year which is an amazing conference and expo for photographers in Las Vegas. I was able to gain valuable knowledge to work in to my business and to give my bride and grooms a better experience and images!
After the conference hours as my husband and I walked down the strip I was amazed at how many people are presenting their talents on the sidewalks for cash or even just holding a sign as travelers pass by. So this is the inspiration to waking up each day with a positive outlook and making someone's day :)

Light As A Feather Ring

The name "Light as a feather" can have many meanings I am sure, to me though, when I wear this ring, I am reminded of nature, beauty, bling, to stay on my toes and ready for anything and most important to be positive. It is important to me to see the greatness in people and find out how I can be of service to make their life "lighter."
Nature is beautiful and can be found pretty much every where we go. I love to sit outside at my patio table and just enjoy the weather, watch the leaves blow in the wind and listen to the birds and spend time thinking and playing with my dog. She loves being outside as much as I do.
What girl does not like bling? Right?! Even if it is subtle, as long as it makes me happy and puts me in a better mood that is what matters. That is the whole point of this journey. To be able to have a reminder on me at all times that I visually see on my wrist/hand to bring all of these thoughts and feelings to mind. What better way to be reminded to say hi to the stranger as you open the door for them as you are looking at your hand on the door handle and see the ring and are reminded to look up and smile at them as well.
All these reminders on my hand, one finger is amazing. Love it!
