From golf, movie room, gelato, corn hole...this day was all about celebrating!

Amy and Marco met in 2011 while both working at Red Lobster. Started Dating in May 2012.
They got engaged while at Amy's favorite spot...the Mogollon Rim :)
The rest is history...

This weeks Costco adventures lead me to new slipper socks!!!
Although they make my feet and legs look 5 times larger than they really are...they are super comfy, super warm and super adorable. :)

Jeremy & Jaime- A Shenandoah Mill Wedding

These two are so so sweet and so in tune with one another . . . I love it!
They met in January 2014, got engaged while doing what they love (camping) in August 2016.
Their wedding was full of close family and friends who were just as excited for this day as Jaime & Jeremy!

I can NOT believe we are in October already!!! It is becoming my most favorite time of year :)

Back on September 9, when I was lucky enough to shoot at The Elegant Barn, this photo was a must!
I love being able to photograph a couples wedding day at the home I grew up in!! I learned so much here and have so many memories here! It feels surreal being back. . .
This is me (as embarrassing as I look) and the new Mr. & Mrs. pointing and looking at my baby foot print in the concrete :)

While taking my dog for an early morning walk this week, look who we came across!
This was taken with my cell phone and I did NOT zoom in! This orange butterfly let me get so close I was in disbelief. It was surreal. I loved every second watching this beautiful butterfly. After I got the photo I watched it for maybe another 10 seconds before it decided to fly away.
What a great way to start my morning!!!

A Corporate Photo Shoot in Downtown Phoenix

I had the opportunity to spend a day at a friend's company last week taking photos to revamp their website, brochures, social media, take new head shots etc.
It was a great day and the views from the 19th floor were amazing!!!
I love the sign they have in the window. . . "Today is our greatest adventure"
The live plants all over the office space is something I though was awesome as well!

Victoria & Lawrence- An Elegant Barn Wedding in Gilbert, AZ

Victoria & Lawrence had a beautiful ceremony followed by a fun reception. The day was overcast and gorgeous! Victoria was a real trooper, never complained and had a smile on her face all day all while 7 months pregnant! I am grateful to have had the opportunity to capture memories for such an amazing couple!

This week I was able to wake up early...earlier than I am used to and take my dog to a near by park for a sunrise walk.
Reasons why I loved it:
1. My dog acted like a puppy again, so excited to be in a new place with new smells! So cute to witness.
2. It was quiet. Serene. Inspiring.
3. It was full of nature's beauty...watching the sun rise truly is magnificent!
4. I was scouting great locations for engagement sessions too ;)

Monday Moments Of Me #134

Happy Labor Day!!!

What is your first thought when you see the image below?

My first thought is "Wow, such beauty. Yes, it may be a little burned on the edges, it may be one small leaf in this world, but you know what?! It is still trying, it is still living, it is still here pouring out its beauty, being true to itself, leaving it all out on the field!"

I love the green heart. Truly. I was walking in the grass, saw it out of the corner of my eye, walked about 15 steps thinking to myself is that what I just saw? So I traced my steps, went back and sure enough....this little gem was staring back at me.
It greeted me on a day where I needed it most. To be reminded that yes, there are hard days where we get burned but that is no reason to give up, no reason to let the burn go deep. It is all the more reason to rise above it and give it our all!

Isn't that so neat to see the natural beauty?!!

Ruben & Rose's Wedding at Shenandoah Mill in Gilbert, AZ

Ruben and Rose were meant to be together!
They dated about 20 years ago but ended up going separate ways...
While both back in AZ they started talking again and here we ... 20 years later!!!
This was truly a beautiful day to witness their love and devotion for one another and their families.
